# Bulk Transcript Processor (with Rate-Limit Handling)

A ready-to-use skill for AI agents (Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes, and others).
It uses **TranscriptAPI** to pull YouTube transcripts — your agent does the
thinking itself, so all you need is a TranscriptAPI key (no separate AI key).

## What it does
Give it a list of videos. It fetches transcripts in controlled batches with automatic retries, and flags which succeeded and which failed.

## How it works
1. You give it a list of video links or IDs.
2. It fetches transcripts in small, paced batches.
3. It retries automatically when a request hiccups.
4. You get each result marked success or failure.
